How Organize It’s Cleaning Process Works

Step 1: Scheduled Cleanings

Inform us about your vacation rental bookings via email or share a Google sheet with us. We perform cleanings from Monday to Saturday, ensuring your property is ready for the next guest.

Step 2: Primary/Backup Cleaners Show Up Every Time

Our experienced team members, trained specifically for vacation rental cleaning, will arrive on the scheduled day, providing consistency and reliability.

Step 3: Inspection/Damage Report

Your cleaning team carries out the turnover cleaning and, if desired, will report low supplies and any damages. This proactive approach streamlines your operations and ensures that your property is well-maintained.

What Can I Have Cleaned?

We assigned you the special cleaning team who have experience in vacation rental cleaning and were specially trained for this type of cleaning. Below is what most cleaners usually do as part of the vacation rental rotation.

Does Organize It handle laundry?

We do require an additional set of sheets and towels. Our team will wash, dry, and fold as much as they can while they are carrying out the cleaning tasks.

Do you do same day turnover?

Yes! we are able to do same-day cleaning as long as your Guest checks out is at 10 am and check-in at 4 pm Monday – Friday

We do require to have an extra set of sheets and towels so our team will have time to focus on cleaning while they wash, dry, and fold whatever they can.

Do you clean on weekends for vacation rentals?

Our team works so hard during the weekdays, we do offer occasional cleaning on Saturdays, but we don’t clean on Sundays. Our hours are Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

Do you clean Lanais?

Yes! We clean do the following:

  • We clean all tables, tablecloths, chairs, and benches.
  • We Remove all dust off floors, cushions, furniture, etc.
  • We clean cobwebs from the railing, walls, ceiling, ceiling fans, steps, etc.
  • We vacuum outdoor rugs

What if the guest use the outdoor grill?

If you have an outdoor grill, we do the following:

  • Quick inside cleaning (customer has to provide grill cleaning tools)
  • Wipe down with a damp towel on the  outer portion of the grill

What about the staging?

We understand the significance of having everything prepared for your subsequent guest, so rest assured!

At Organize It, we’ll ensure that the bathrooms are stocked with the set of towels requested by the owner/manager. Furthermore, we’ll replenish essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, clean sponges, and dishwasher pods.
