Full Time House Cleaner – Weekly Pay

Position: Residential Cleaning Technician (Earn up to $850 Weekly)

Seeking motivated individuals who enjoy house cleaning, are dependable, thorough, friendly, attentive to detail, and pursue personal growth. You will work closely with our Perfect Home Maintenance trainers to teach you the essentials to making top pay in your role as a residential cleaning technician. Your gain is determined by your drive, meaning the more open you are to learning and growing, the easier you’ll make consistent top pay (we mean this!) no matter how long you have been with us.

  • Full-Time positions ONLY
  • Pay: $700-$850 once full-time (typically 1-3 weeks, depending on how quickly you properly implement our training)
  • Must be comfortable working independently
  • Hard work and motivation are a MUST!
  • House cleaning can be tiring: must be able to consistently lift 20 lbs, bend, kneel, and twist while performing the necessary cleaning duties throughout the day.

Part-Time Professional Organizer

We are a local professional organizing company looking to grow our team by recruiting phenomenal organizers who want to make a difference!   • Have at least 1 year of Professional Organizing experience
  • Comfortable knowing this will only be a Part-Time position
  • Have a Portfolio of your previous work
  • The ability to lift 20 lbs; stand, bend, kneel, push, pull, and perform organizational duties

Previous experience in high-level customer service is helpful but is not required.


  • Provide daily comprehensive support for sales, including creating and managing proposals.
  • Communicate frequently with the sales team to hand off communications, capture information, and encourage customer loyalty.
  • Engage with field technicians in both English and Spanish daily to answer questions, resolve concerns, and offer advice and solutions amidst difficult solutions.
  • Prepare detailed daily & monthly sales reports containing relevant information on prospects regarding leads, budgets, leads, growth projections, and marketing initiatives.
  • Attend regular meetings as required with the office to discuss individual and company goals and inter-departmental coordination efforts.
  • Organize and coordinate special occasions holiday incentives for employees.
  • Process requests for additional supplies and tracking inventory


  • Reliable and detail-oriented with a proven track record of exceptional customer service and results-oriented methods
  • Enthusiastic and positive with excellent multitasking skills
  • Experience with multiple industry tools and programs such as Google Sheets/Docs/Chrome, CRM’s
  • Highly proficient with computer skills
